A C0-rated DWR treatment, one that is less toxic so has a lower environmental impact, forms an excellent barrier to wind and light rain. Additional coverage can be gained by pulling up the adjustable hood, which sits comfortably under a helmet, keeping cold air out and body heat in. If things do start to warm up, the two-way zip can be adjusted to suit, and it’s also useful for gaining access to any pockets beneath without completely unzipping.
